I believe. The science writers are always the difference between “to spread” and “to vulgarize”: Vaughan Bell talks about it, how the “popularization of neuroscience” is introducing simplifications and misconceptions (at end of article there are a short list) when we’re talking about ourselves. Bell, in his blog, we also recommend this paper, “neurochemical selves” to delve into the issue.
